All sales are final, unless there is a problem with the order such as a printing issue or a damaged package. Then Bay Area Fanatics will replace your item at our cost. Any errors made by customer at purchase are responsibility of the buyer and Big Blue Fans are not responsible and no refunds will be provided. 

All of our items are printed in US.  Shipping times vary based on location if the buyer and we are not responsible for any USPS delays as we have no control over USPS.
